Heated Mouse offers its shoppers USPS First Class, Parcel Post, Priority and Express shipping options at flat rates and fees. Fees may include handling charges and costs associated with outreaching areas. Shipping fees are not refundable for returns, exchanges, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. Free shipping does not apply to returned items. If an item is returned, a refund is processed less the cost of shipping and handling.

If you contact us directly for an overseas shipment, the fee is based upon weight and destination. We can not pre determine the exact cost of an international order.

The Heated Mouse offers no-hassel return guidelines. The return process is simple. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds for used products with damaged packaging or products with tags removed unless the Warranty was purchased. Warranty products will receive a replacement of the same item (whenever available) (Read the One-Year Warranty)
For a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of the purchase date to return new, unused items in resale condition. There may be a restocking fee applied to returns made in less than resale condition. All refunds are based on the condition of the return being made. Free shipping does not apply to returned merchandise.
If your purchase falls within these guidelines, you may return new, unused merchandise for a refund (less shipping) by contacting us in writing at the Contact Us link located on every website page or via email at Webmaster@HeatedMouse.com. In your email, please request a Return Authorization Number (RAN), include your order details and the reason for the return.
Returned items are not accepted without a RAN and risk being returned to the sender. Please use insurance and a tracking number for returns. We are not responsible for return shipping fees and items lost or damaged in return transit. Refunds are issued for returned merchandise when following this policy. By placing an order on this website, you agree to our policy guidelines.
*Holiday Returns: Holiday gifts are not returnable when packaging is opened, tags are removed, boxes are damaged or products are used. Holiday returns are made using the same guidelines stated above.
*Sale Item Returns: A sale item is any product purchased below full retail price. When a sale purchase is made, the sale is final, and returns are not accepted.
